Internet won't work with other XP Accounts

If after installing our Kid Safe Browser and Internet Filter and you CANNOT access the Internet from any accounts on your XP computer, other than the administrator account, then please check the following:

From Internet Explorer click on Tools, Internet Options, then click on the Connections Tab, then click on Lan Settings.  If the 'Use a Proxy Server For Your LAN' is checked try unchecking this box and then test your Internet connection.
