Remove registry entries
Posted by CEN Support - GDW on 04 March 2006 07:14 PM

When uninstalling the software sometimes the registry entries are NOT deleted.  If you would like to manually delete them please follow these instructions:

*Please note you should back up your registry and be very familar with registry settings if you are going to delete entries.*

First, make sure that you have uninstalled all the browsers listed in Control Panel/Add Remove programs, as well as the L&H Voice engine.  Once these have been removed from this area then launch a command prompt and type in "regedit".  This will launch the registry editor.

Then you can delete the CTG folder from the registry without a problem.

Check in both the HKey Current User and HKEY Local Machine folders in the registry for the CTG folder and delete it and all of its contents.
