'RegDBCreateEx failed' error message

The 'RegDBCreateEx failed' error message is usually caused when installing our TUKI Kid Safe browser, and the user that is logged in to Windows, does not have 'Administrator' privileges. This can be the case when you have setup individual user accounts within windows, usually for a child, and they are not give system 'Administrator' privileges. The user logged in when installing the browser must have 'Administrator' privileges, but uses don't need to be 'Administrators' to use the browser. | |
