Animated Character (Agent) does not appear the fist time after installing or upgrading? What do I do?

There is a known issue that after upgrading or installing, the first time the user starts the browser.  The agent may not appear.  This will only occur the first time the browser is launched after upgrading or installing.  The next time the browser is started, the agent should appear.

9/20/2007 - Our newest version 10.1.4, released on 9/17/2007, fixes this problem.  You can download the latest version from our Parent Administration Center (www.childrenseducationalnetwork.com/home/parentlogin.asp)

We have also added agent control settings to the Setup button in the child browser.  This allows the user to turn the agent completely on or off, or modify 3 different settings when the agent is turned on:

1.  I want the agent to welcome me when the browser is launched.

2.  I want the agent to welcome me when I the email is launched.

3.  I want the agent to give me Trivia.
