My child can send emails, but can't receive emails. What do I do?

If your child can send email, but is not receiving email, please submitt a support ticket with the subject 'Can't Receive Email', and please inlcude your child's email address or username, and we can correct the problem.

You can submit a ticket to support through this support website (www.tukisupport.com), or by sending an email to support@tuki.com.

Once we receive your request, the problem should be resolved in less than 24 hours.
