My parent username and password does not work on the support web site. What do I do?

Your Parent username and password is only used for accessing the Parent browser, for configuring the Internet Protection Module, and for accessing the Parent Administration Center. The only time you need to login to the TUKI Support Center at www.tuki.com, is when you are replying to a Support Ticket request. When a new Support Ticket request is created, the sender will receive an email from support@tuki.com, informing the user of the assigned Ticket number, and the username and password assigned to the user that submitted the support Ticket Request. If you completed a registration at the TUKI Support Center (which is not required to submit a ticket or use the support site), that username and password will appear on any reply from a Support Ticket request.
