Do I need to register on the support site to use the support site?

No, you do not need to complete the registration on the TUKI Support Center site to submit a new Support Ticket request, reply to a Support Ticket request, or access any of the other features on the TUKI Support Center site.

The only time you need to login to the TUKI Support Center at www.tuki.com, is when you are replying to a Support Ticket request.  When a new Support Ticket request is created, the sender will receive an email from support@tuki.com, informing the user of the assigned Ticket number, and the username and password assigned to the user that submitted the Ssupport Ticket Request.   

If you completed a registration at the TUKI Support Center (which is not required to submit a ticket or use the support site), that username and password will appear on any reply from a Support Ticket request.
