Not all of my Windows Users appear in the IPM 'Select Windows Account' list. What do I do?

If any of your Windows User account names contain a special character, such as '!', '@', '#', '$', or '&', the accounts that should appear below that name will not be recognized. This problem has been corrected in our version 10.1.4, released on 9/17/2007. If you are getting this error, please re-install the browser from our Parent Administration Center at childrenseducationalnetwork.com and select Parent Log-In.
