I get a 'TUKIConfig' error message when I select the 'Modify Banned Application Settings' button when I'm attempting to setup the Internet Protection Module. What do I do?

To correct the problem, complete the following steps: 1. Right mouse click on the Windows Start button, then select 'Explore'. 2. Locate the C:\Children's Educational Network\{browser name} folder. Please note that if you changed the default installation location during the install, you will need to locate that folder. 3. Right mouse click on the file 'TUKIConfig.exe', then select 'Copy' from the menu. 4. Locate the C:\Children's Educational Network\{browser name}\Skins folder. 5. Right mouse click on this folder, and paste the copied 'TUKIConfig.exe' file. The 'TUKIConfig.exe' file will now reside in two locations. 6. Now return to setting up the IPM.
