Q:  When I start the browser, the Parent Login window is asking for a username and password. I don't know what they are. What do I do?

A: If you installed one of our Kid Safe Browsers from a CD or from a downloaded installation file, you must also complete the registration process.  Please locate the registration code below for the version of the browser that you have installed.

After entering the registration code, select the Submit button and complete the registration process.

After completing the remaining registration information, you will be taken back to the Parent Login window to enter your Parental username and password.  If you completed the entire registration process, you should have created a parental username and password. You should have also received a "Welcome" email with the username and password for the parental account, as well as any child accounts created during the registration process.
