Email System Update - November 10, 2008

We have completed the import of all paid members, as well as members currently in their free trial that registered prior to 5/8/08.

For anyone that is attempting to access their email account directly at www.tukimail.com, please note that you no longer need to enter the full email address (username@tuki.com).  You NOW ONLY need to enter your username (username) and password. Do not include the '@tuki.com'.

And as a reminder to any previous user that had an '@iq2u.net' email address. Your email address has been converted to an '@tuki.com' domain.

We thank you for your patience and we welcome any feedback you may have about the new email system.  You can send us an email at support@tuki.helpserve.com

Email System Update - May 9, 2008

Our new Web based email system is online.  However, we are experiencing a couple of technical issues that may prevent some users from accessing their email.

Due to the number of existing accounts that we have to import into the new system, some user my not be able to log in to the mail system until the import is complete.  The import process will be completed over the weekend.

New registered users will also experience a delay in being able to access their email accounts.  The process for creating the new registered user email accounts will run immediately after the import process has completed.  Again, we estimate that all accounts will be ready for use at some point over the weekend.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Our new web based email system will be online Friday, May 9th, 2008.

We apologize for any inconvenience the email system down time has caused anyone.  The new system is a much needed improvement over the current web based system.  Here are some of the new features:

1.  As with our previous version of email accessed only through the browser, our web based version now will only allow you child to receive email from approved buddies.  They will never receive an email in their inbox from someone that is not approved.

2.  When accessing the new email system from any of our Kid Safe Browsers, the user will be signed into the email automatically when they select the Email button  (known as 'Single Sign On')

3.  When accessing the new email system from within Club TUKI (www.clubtuki.com), once you've logged into Club TUKI, when you select the Mail link, the user is signed into the email automatically (known as 'Single Sign On') The user no longer has to enter the domain segment of the email address (@tuki.com).  Only the username, and password (in correct case) are required.

4.  The ability to create additional folders to sort and store you emails.

5.  The ability for the agent to read emails that you are creating, in addition to the emails that you have received (only when the new web based email is accessed through any of our Kid Safe Browsers).

6.  Fully functional email account for Parents.

7.  Any Non-Buddy email that has been sent to a child account can be viewed in the parent user email account.

8.  Improved graphical user interface.

We thank you for your patience and we welcome any feedback you may have about the new email system.

The user no longer has to enter the domain segment of the email address (@tuki.com).  Only the username, and password (in correct case) are required.
