This problem is directly related to changes Microsoft has made to their new version of Internet Explorer. We are in the process of debugging the problem so that we can release a patch to fix the issue.
At this point, the resolution to the problem is to un-install Internet Explorer 8, which will then automatically revert your system back to Internet Explorer 7.
Please follow these instructions:
1. Select the Windows Start button, then Control Panel.
2. Select the Add or Remove Programs option.
3. Scroll down the list until you find "Windows Internet Explorer 8".
4. Click on "Windows Internet Explorer 8" to select it, then click on the "Remove" button.
This process will un-install IE 8 and revert your system back to IE 7.
